Ragdoll is a casual ladies label in Singapore. We design, manufacture and market our designs with our customers in mind. This makes us different, and our aim is to meet every girl's need for affordable, chic and quality clothing.
Customers can send us their orders via Facebook private messaging, email or comment here in LJ, in the following format:
FULL NAME: CONTACT NUMBER: EMAIL: ITEM TO PURCHASE: (QTY, COLOUR, SIZE, where applicable): METHOD OF PAYMENT: internet or ATM bank transfer for local customers and Paypal for international customers only.
Confirmation of a sale can only made when all of the following conditions are satisfied:
1) Invoice is sent to customers via email
2) Customers make payment by stipulated date as shown on invoice
3) Verification of payment will be made and an official Receipt of Payment to be sent to customers via email, with confirmation number and estimated date of delivery
All local purchases are to be made using local bank transfers. We accept payments made to our accounts with the following local banks:

International customers must make their payments via Paypal. Our Paypal email address will be provided in our invoices.
Shopping with us should be a happy event! Contact us within 7 days from your date of purchases if items are defective and we will cover you for all return postage charges. Items returned for exchange, MUST NOT be worn out, washed, altered, spolit and/or stained. We reserve the rights to reject any items returned for exchange if the above are not met and condition of the clothing is not satisfactory.
We do not accept refunds at this moment unless defective items are out of stock.
Prices include FREE local normal postage. However, we strongly encourage all buyers to opt for the Registered Mail service, at an additional S$2.50.
For purchases above S$100, postage (registered) will be FREE
